Refund & Replacement Policy

We take great care in packing our products, but in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please record a clear unboxing video while opening the package (from sealed to opened) and share it with us on Instagram or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify the issue quickly and resolve it for you. Requests without an unboxing video will unfortunately not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Refund/replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. To request a refund, please message our customer care directly on WhatsApp.
